Our broad market experience—spanning community, education, entertainment, development, hospitality and resort, housing, and workplace—positions us to create environments that perform, inspire, and exceed expectations.
When asked to reflect on the significance of NMSDC certification for LSE, Lawal stated:
“NMSDC has been a wonderful agent and advocate for LSE by creating an interconnected web of relationships of like-minded organizations. We are proud to display the NMSDC credentials in all of our business and marketing materials in recognition of our standards of excellence and high level of professionalism at LSE.”
Our Success
LSE provided full design, architecture, and interior design services for NEON Collective Kitchens. NEON empowers food entrepreneurs in North Minneapolis by giving them the resources they need to grow their businesses. The facility was officially turned over to NEON on January 16, 2026, and will be opening to the community soon.
Partnering with transformational organizations like NEON allows us to help elevate entrepreneurs and both nonprofit and for‑profit organizations to new levels of vision and execution. This work strengthens economic equity and opportunity while creating a vibrant community gathering space.
