Friends and Co-Founders, Pernell Cezar Jr. and Rod Johnson established Des Moines-based BLK & BOLD Specialty Beverages in 2018. The business is built on a mission to build a coffee community that has access to super premium coffee with social impact. BLK & BOLD funds programs for at-risk youth by donating 5 percent of its gross revenue to 14 organizations with aligned values throughout the US.
What began as an idea between two friends has grown into one of the few independently owned national brands in the coffee aisle of grocery stores. BLK & BOLD is sold in 11,000 stores nationwide. In pursuit of this goal, ATLANTIC DISTRIBUTION LLC invested in research and successfully brought SU ALKALINE WATER to market, a product approved by the FDA and protected by patents and trademarks.
SU ALKALINE WATER, with a pH of 8.30, is a natural alkaline water renowned for its revitalizing properties. It aids in combating chronic diseases, neutralizing toxins, and balancing body pH levels. The name “SU” is derived from the Turkish word for water, reflecting its origin in the Turkish mountains. Our water is carefully bottled at our local ATLANTIC DISTRIBUTION warehouse before being shipped globally.
Since its launch, the demand for SU ALKALINE WATER has surpassed expectations. Starting March 15, 2024, SU ALKALINE WATER will be available in over 1,400 Walmart stores. Additionally, we are actively exploring opportunities in other countries, engaging with officials, engineers, and decision-makers. Our expansion efforts also extend to Canada and South America.
